How we look after your data

Internal access to candidate and client data is restricted to named consultants on the engagement. Administrative actions in our dashboard require an authenticated account and a role grant; row-level rules in our database scope reads and writes to the responsible team.

Sign-in supports email and password. Passwords are stored as salted hashes by our authentication provider; Talent Axis staff cannot read them.

The Talent Axis website and dashboard are built on the Lovable platform and hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Database storage is provided by a managed Postgres service with encryption at rest.

We collect the information you submit through forms — name, work email, company, role, mandate details and any message you share — to respond to enquiries and deliver contracted services. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We rely on a small set of vendors to operate the service, including managed cloud hosting, managed Postgres, transactional email and productivity tools (Microsoft 365). A current subprocessor list is available to clients on request.

We use first-party cookies for session management and lightweight product analytics. We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without losing site functionality.

Candidate records are retained for the duration of the engagement and a reasonable follow-up window, after which they are archived or deleted in line with our client agreements and applicable law. Quotation enquiries are retained while we follow up and then archived.

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you by writing to privacy@talentaxis.in. We respond within the timelines set by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

If you believe you have discovered a security issue affecting Talent Axis, please write to security@talentaxis.in with steps to reproduce. Please do not test against live candidate or client data.

Talent Axis is responsible for the controls described above. Our hosting provider is responsible for the underlying platform and infrastructure controls. Clients and candidates are responsible for safeguarding their own account credentials and the accuracy of information they submit.
