Founded in Mumbai, 2018.
Talent Axis was started by four search practitioners who had spent a decade inside large global firms — and were tired of mandates that were sold loud and delivered quiet.
The original premise was simple: a search firm where every mandate is led by a Partner, every brief is written, and every candidate gets honest feedback. Eight years later it's still what we do.
Today Talent Axis runs from offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Delhi NCR, has placed 2,400+ leaders across India and the GCC, and works with 180+ companies — from Series-A startups to BSE-100 listed groups.
